TAE-BO (tae kwon do dance) is a sport that combines taekwondo and aerobics, dancing and loud music. This combination helps to improve the physical condition of the athlete, ie endurance, speed, strength, flexibility and the ability “synarmostiki”.

TAE-BO enables exercise all regardless of age exercising the whole body , and learn practitioning principles of Taekwondo and self defense with what’s easy, pleasant and entertaining way.

The trainings programs of TAE-BO are tailored to the needs of athletes and their potential to significantly improve physical fitness and wellness.
